Whether you're a slow food maven or inquisitive foodie, learn the homespun techniques of preparing artisan tofu. After tasting the creamy texture and fresh clean taste of homemade bean curd you won't want to go back to the store-bought kind. The class begins with a taste sampling of freshly made tofu. Besides learning tofu-making techniques, the class includes a delicious healthy Japanese recipe using the okara or soy pulp.
