Handmade wrappers: Just plain old flour, water, and a little salt.

Dumplings will be available to buy from the porch freezer unit at 814 Shelburne-Hinesburg Road. Please leave payment in the container near the freezer.
I will only be making a certain number of bags per week. The availability of dumplings to the public or drop-by purchase will be indicated if you see my large black lantern hanging from the porch. If it’s not out, there are no dumplings available.
Please email me if you would like a couple of bags set aside with your name on it. They must be picked up within 3 days from the time notified to me or put back on sale.
